Historic Venue Meets Modern Cuisine 

DayCloud Studios was hired to help launch a website for a brand new chophouse in the Historic Cottonwood Hotel here in the Blackstone District! We worked with the client on an initial splash page prior to the opening, as well as the full website, which launched in December 2020 to coincide with the opening of the restaurant. The name pays homage to a group of friends who gathered in the old Blackstone Hotel in the 50s and 60s, and dubbed themselves “The Committee.” DayCloud designed the site to match the look and feel inside the restaurant, which is intended for diners to linger over delicious cuisine and boozy drinks. All of the content on the site from the copywriting, design, and photography reflects a cozy atmosphere that delivers an upscale dining experience.

Initial goals set for the website include 3,000 visitors in the first 90 days. Actual outcome: 3.2k unique visitors with 6.3k pageviews. The Committee had over 13k visitors in the first 140 days.
