Chelsea is a master communicator and our resident comedian. Her ability to grind non-stop motivates the entire DCS team to stay sharp and creative.

Chelsea took a less conventional path to marketing. She played basketball professionally, both with the WNBA and overseas, until she retired and completed her MBA. She started at DCS as a project manager, but her drive and talents have propelled her to her new role as COO and Partner. She enjoys the adventure that the digital marketing industry offers and often combines her hobbies with her work. Her enthusiasm for biking and breweries resulted in a new client relationship. Basketball isn’t completely gone from her life, though. Chelsea does ESPN color commentary for the ISU Women's basketball team and trains local youth in basketball as a way to give back to her community
